What this site is
Pi2PDF.com is a small web workshop for everyday document and text jobs. You can convert a PDF, merge pages, compress a file, format JSON, or encode a string without creating an account.
The tools run in your browser tab. We built them so a scan, a contract, or a snippet of code does not have to be uploaded to a conversion server just to change format.
Each tool page includes a short original guide: what the tool is for, the steps, and the limits. Those notes are written for this site. They are not copied from another converter.
How the tools run
When you drop a file, JavaScript libraries in this page read it locally. PDF work uses PDF engines that execute on your device. Developer tools transform text you paste into the boxes. When the job finishes, you download the result from the same tab.
There is no Pi2PDF login and no cloud folder for your documents. If you close the tab before downloading, the working copy is gone.
What we do not claim
This is not Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, or a full desktop publishing suite. Complex layouts, scanned handwriting, and encrypted files can fail or look imperfect. Better-quality compress keeps existing PDF text. Balanced and Smallest redraw pages as pictures.
OCR uses an English model and reads up to 8 pages. Voice features depend on your browser and microphone permission. A file can be 25 MB. A batch can be 100 MB.
Who maintains it
Pi2PDF.com is an independent site. It is not Adobe, Microsoft, or a rebrand of another converter. Support is by email at support@pi2pdf.com. We read mail in English. There is no phone line.
We do not publish a street address because the tools run in your browser and support does not need your document. Do not attach a confidential file unless you want that email to include it.
How the pages stay current
Each PDF tool page lists the steps and the limits of that tool, including what the compress buttons actually do and where a signature is stamped. When that behavior changes, we update the tool page and the workshop notes. The date at the top of this page is the last revision of this copy.
The PDF tools are the product. JSON formatters and similar utilities stay in the same app for text you paste. They are helpers beside the PDF tools, not a second product.
