Use email for a bug, a file type that fails, or a correction to a guide.
What helps us reproduce a bug
Name the tool, such as Compress PDF or PDF to Excel. Name the browser. Say what you expected and what downloaded. Say whether the PDF was a scan, a Word export, or a form.
Do not attach a confidential file unless you are comfortable with it sitting in an email inbox. A short description is usually enough to fix a guide or a broken control.
What we cannot do
We cannot recover a PDF you closed before downloading. That working copy lived in the tab. We cannot reset a password you set with Password protect, because the password is applied in your browser and is not sent to us.
We cannot certify a signature, notarize a form, or make a layout match Adobe Acrobat. If the tool page says the job is out of scope, a reply will not change that file.
Corrections
If a workshop note or a tool page is wrong, send the page address and the sentence. We update the page rather than leave a known limit undocumented.
