How CSV to PDF works
CSV to PDF lays a comma-separated table onto PDF pages so you can share a simple list without sending a spreadsheet.
A messy CSV with broken quotes will look messy on the page. Fix the source if columns slide.
Steps
- Drop a .csv file.
- Convert it to PDF.
- Check the first data row against the original file.
- Use Excel to PDF instead if you need number formats and column widths you already set.
Limits
There is no chart, color scale, or frozen header. It is a table on a page.
A plain table on a page
The tool lays the CSV out as a table in a PDF. It does not keep Excel colors, filters, or charts, because a CSV does not have them.
Look at the first data row. A wrong delimiter in the source file shows up as one crowded column.
