How Voice to Word works

Voice to Word is the same dictation path as Voice to PDF, with a .docx download so you can keep editing in Word.

Correct the transcript before you download. The file will not fix a wrong word later by itself.

Steps

1. Allow the microphone and dictate.
2. Fix names and numbers in the box.
3. Download the Word file.
4. Open it and check the first paragraph.

Limits

Browser support varies. If dictation never starts, the browser has no speech engine for this page.

A .docx of what was heard

The path is the same as Voice to PDF, with a Word file at the end. Edit the wording in Word. The file will not punctuate the way a person would.

Grant the microphone, then speak in the language you selected. A denied permission ends the job before any file exists.
